Susan Aversa-Orrego

Founding Member

Susan Aversa-Orrego brings both an artistic and business background to CTP and is equally comfortable with the practical requirements of an organization as well as the creative requirements.  She is a member of the Ashland and Medford Chambers of Commerce and a business owner with a strong background in marketing and public relations. Currently she owns and operates four Yogurt Hut locations in Ashland, Medford and Grants Pass.  Yogurt Hut was established in 2009 and was the first frozen yogurt operation in the Rogue Valley. She developed the trademarked logo with her graphic artist and is responsible for all marketing and media relations as well as practical aspects such as payroll and a/p-a/r. She has also taught theatre at a college level, and has worked as a theatre critic in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Pam Ward

Founding Member

Pam Ward has been a member of SAG/AFTRA since the 70’s, including a stint as a board member and president of the AFTRA and SAG locals in Denver.  As an actor, her background includes Off-Broadway, film, and television.   Since coming to the Rogue Valley, Pam has been a member of The Old Time Radio Players in Grants Pass, not only as an actor but also as a director and member of the Board of Directors.  In addition to recording commercial audiobooks, Pam is also a narrator for the Library of Congress Talking Books program for the blind and handicapped.

Mike Kunkel

Board Member

Michael is the resident Lighting, Sound, and Projection designer for the Collaborative Theatre Project. He has worked for 4 years professionally in the Bay Area as a master electrician, programmer, assistant lighting designer, lighting designer and sound engineer. He has worked with a touring company taking shows on the road for a year. Michael had an internship last summer with The Naples Players in Naples, FL., where he was the Lighting and Sound designer for 2 shows.

Dinah Greenfield

Board Member

Dinah Greenfield holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon. She is currently on the Advisory Board for the Collaborative Theatre Project and is the Resident Stage Manager for CTP.

Thom M. Hepford

Board Member

Thom serves on the board of the Ashland Arts Center and is a shareholder in Nagel & Padilla, LLC, a public accounting firm in Ashland, OR. He brings over 25 years of business management, training and accounting experience to CTP. He has worked in multiple business environments, including public accounting, hospitality, emergency communications, retirement communities, and healthcare billing.
